These terms govern your participation in the Standard Compute Affiliate Program. By signing up, you agree to be bound by them.
The Standard Compute Affiliate Program lets approved affiliates earn commission by referring new customers to Standard Compute using a unique affiliate code and referral link.
By joining the program, you agree to these terms and any program rules or asset guidelines we publish from time to time.
Anyone with a valid email address and a PayPal account may apply. Approval is automatic unless we detect fraud, abuse, or a clear violation of these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account details, payout details, and tax information accurate and up to date.
We may request additional information about how you promote Standard Compute, and failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension, termination, or withheld commissions.
Affiliates earn 40% gross commission on qualifying payments made by referred customers during the 12-month commission period.
Commission is calculated on the paid invoice amount before taxes and payment processor fees. Refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, and reversed transactions are not commissionable.
If we discover a commission was credited in error, we may adjust your balance to correct it.
Referrals are tracked with a 30-day last-click cookie. When someone clicks your affiliate link or short link, a cookie is stored in their browser for 30 days.
If another affiliate link is clicked later, the most recent valid click overwrites the previous cookie.
If a user deletes cookies or blocks tracking, we cannot guarantee attribution.
You must promote Standard Compute honestly and may not make false claims about the product, pricing, features, or performance.
If you publish paid or sponsored content, you must clearly disclose that relationship where the audience can easily see it.
Payouts are processed monthly to the PayPal email address you specify in your affiliate dashboard.
The minimum payout threshold is $30 cleared balance. If your cleared balance is below $30, it rolls over until you reach the threshold.
Commissions stay pending for 30 days after the underlying paid invoice before they clear and become eligible for payout.
You are responsible for keeping your PayPal email current and for making sure the payout account is valid and able to receive funds. We are not responsible for failed transfers caused by an incorrect or inactive PayPal address.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, agent, or representative of Standard Compute.
We retain all rights in our brand, logos, product names, and promotional assets. Your license to use approved assets is limited, non-exclusive, and revocable.
If your account is terminated, you must stop using our affiliate links, assets, and promotional materials where applicable.
Non-public program information, support details, performance data, and internal communications we share with you are confidential and may not be disclosed unless required by law.
This obligation continues after your participation in the program ends.
You may leave the program at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the program, engage in fraud or spam, make misleading claims, or otherwise damage Standard Compute or the program.
If your account is terminated for a breach, unpaid or reversed commissions may be withheld or adjusted as needed.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will apply when posted, and continued participation means you accept the changes.
If you do not agree with an update, stop participating in the program and contact us.
