These terms govern your use of the Standard Compute service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
By creating an account or using the Standard Compute service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Standard Compute provides LLM compute on a predictable flat monthly subscription across three plans: Economy, Standard, and Max. You receive an API key that can be used with AI agents and any OpenAI-compatible tool to send requests through our OpenAI-compatible API. Our routing algorithm handles model selection across a vetted set of current models. Plans purchased before July 29, 2026 (Starter, Standard $39, Fast, Turbo) continue on their original terms for as long as the subscription remains active.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
All plans include compute with no usage limits under a fair use system. To keep the platform stable, we use intelligent batching, LLM routing, smart prompt compaction, and adaptive throttling. Higher-tier plans receive priority scheduling and reduced batching latency. Sustained activity that significantly exceeds the intended usage profile for a plan may be subject to temporary throttling. Full details are available in our Fair Use Policy.
You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the acceptable-use policies of the upstream model providers.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from the Dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the outputs you receive through the service. We claim no ownership over your content.
The Standard Compute name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be used without permission.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for any downstream effects caused by model outputs, including inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standard Compute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. Where possible we will provide notice before taking action.
Paid plans do not include a free trial or a money-back guarantee. The free tier allows you to evaluate the service — with a real API key and real model responses — before purchasing.
Plans are charged in full at purchase and renew monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for the remainder of a period. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
Trials that were started under earlier terms (before July 29, 2026) run to completion under those terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Standard Compute, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Standard Compute shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to upstream provider outages, natural disasters, acts of government, internet disruptions, power failures, or cyberattacks.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or by placing a notice on the website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
