These terms govern your use of the Standard Compute service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
By creating an account or using the Standard Compute service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Standard Compute provides LLM compute on a predictable monthly subscription. You receive an API key that can be used with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, and Zapier to send requests to supported language models.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
All plans include fair-use limits designed for real-world automation workloads. Sustained or unusually high usage may be subject to throttling or a request to upgrade your plan.
You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the acceptable-use policies of the upstream model providers.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from the Dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the outputs you receive through the service. We claim no ownership over your content.
The Standard Compute name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be used without permission.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for any downstream effects caused by model outputs, including inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standard Compute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. Where possible we will provide notice before taking action.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or by placing a notice on the website before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions, reach out to us at contact@standardcompute.com.
