How to Get Help

If something is not working as expected, we want to fix it fast. The best way to reach our support team is by email at contact@standardcompute.com. Include the model you are using, the automation platform (n8n, Make, Zapier, or other), and any error messages or HTTP status codes you received.

The more context you provide upfront, the faster we can diagnose the issue — a sample request payload or a screenshot of the failing step in your workflow is always helpful.

Dashboard Quick-Start Guide

After signing up, head to the Dashboard to generate your first API key. Copy the key immediately — for security reasons, the full key is only shown once.

In your automation platform, create an OpenAI-compatible connection and set the base URL to https://api.stdcmpt.com/v1. Paste your API key into the credential field. That is all you need — no additional configuration or headers required.

The Dashboard also shows your current plan, key status, and last-used timestamps so you can verify that requests are flowing correctly.

Known Issues

We publish known issues and active incidents on our status page. If you are experiencing degraded performance or elevated error rates, check there first to see if we are already aware and working on a fix.

Resolved incidents are archived so you can review past events and their root causes.
