Is there a fixed monthly LLM API for coding agents that works with Indian cards?
Yes. Standard Compute is one OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible API for coding agents such as Claude Code and OpenCode, from $19 a month (about ₹1,810) with no per-token bill. Indian cards work: you approve the first payment with an OTP, which registers an RBI e-mandate, and renewals under ₹15,000 then go through on their own.
Plans in USD, with an approximate rupee price
Each plan buys a monthly compute budget, a little larger than the price, for any model in the catalogue: Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, GLM and Kimi among them. When the budget is used up, requests stop until renewal or an upgrade. There are no overage charges.

What happens when you pay with an Indian card
- Switch on international and online transactions for the card in your bank app.
- At checkout your bank asks for an OTP. That one approval pays the first month, registers the e-mandate, and your API key works as soon as it goes through.
- Before each renewal your bank notifies you of the exact amount at least 24 hours ahead, so the charge lands about a day after your renewal date.
- Pro ($249, about ₹23,730) is above the ₹15,000 limit for automatic renewals, so you approve each Pro renewal with an OTP through the link in your bank's notification. Without it, that renewal fails.
Payment notes
- Card only: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Stripe Link. UPI, net banking and rupee billing are not offered.
- Indian banks add a foreign currency markup to USD charges, plus GST on the markup. Check your card's terms.
- Cancelling the e-mandate in your bank app stops the next charge but leaves the plan active in your dashboard. Cancel it there too.
- Upgrading starts a new checkout with one more OTP and a new e-mandate. Unused time on the old plan is credited.

Heavy agent use can finish the $19 plan's $20 budget in days. Size the plan to how many hours your agents run, and upgrade from the dashboard when the budget runs short.

FAQ
Why was my Indian debit card declined?
Usually because international or online transactions are switched off for the card, which shows as "transaction not allowed". Switch them on in your bank app and try again, or use a credit card.
Will I be charged automatically every month?
Yes, through the e-mandate you approve at checkout. You can see and cancel it in your bank app.
Can I pay with UPI?
Not at the moment. Checkout accepts cards and Stripe Link, charged in USD.
Which coding agents work with it?
Any agent that accepts an OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible base URL, including Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex CLI, Cline, Kilo Code and Aider. The setup section above has the exact settings.
What happens if a renewal is declined?
Stripe retries it, and your bank sends a new notification before each retry. If it keeps failing, the plan stops renewing and you can subscribe again with another card.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of your first subscription, yes: we refund the month minus the compute you used. After that, cancelling stops future renewals and the plan runs to the end of the paid month.
